Graybacks

It could just be that I'm a baby-boomer and have a lot of contemporaries but have you noticed there seems to be lots and lots more folks with (or trying to hide) gray hair nowadays?

I started getting gray at 30,  :grr couldn’t take it, been coloring it ever since.
10+ years later my magician, oh wait, I mean my beautician, says it’s 50% gray now.
I wear my wrinkles with pride and joy, earned each and every one of them!
But the gray hair? No way, I’m not giving in on that one as long as I have the $$ to pay to dispose of THAT!!

Um......

<checks hair, checks driver's license, checks hair> Its not an age thing.

Well, I'm 27 and other than the fact that I have dyed my hair since I was 16 (its black now, but it has been every, and I do mean EVERY shade in the spectrum. Blonde, Red, Blue, Purple, Black, White. I get bored and hair is something that worse case scenario? Cut it. Add to that I love causing mental gear shifts. When a nice normal grown woman goes purple it causes severe confusion. Hey... I'm easy to amuse.  :lol) the roots have been going silver on me since I was 20. Its a family thing. Half the women in my family go silver by 35 and our eyes bleach out as well. What were once dark chocolate are a light hazel. They'll be grey blue before too long at this rate! My Hon just laughs and tells everyone he's dating one of the X-men.

Can you tell I'm marrying a nerd? ::)
