Just received my Global Sun Oven.  It's my combo birthday and Christmas present.  Didn't have much time to test it but got 150 degrees with 7:00 p.m. sunlight this evening.  Can't wait to do the initial burn-in tomorrow then see what that sucker can do.  I've made a number of solar cookers/ovens over the years but have never been able to break the 300 degree mark.  This one's supposed to regularly hit 350 and sometimes over 400 degrees.  Mr. "I'll Believe When I See It" here says "we'll see" but I'm hoping for the best.  Will review when I have had enough time to draw some conclusions.  Here's a youtube link for those who don't know about solar ovens.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0xyprgTuQFQ

Broke 300 degrees yesterday and baked brownies.  The thermometer reads 350 degrees right now at 2:30 p.m. eastern time here in north central WV.  Cooking rice and am trying to figure out what I can cook--my best cooking is boiled water.

No surprise really--I burnt the rice.

Cool Magispook.  Burning the rice is too actually, it shows it gets hot enough to boil the water away.

Keep the info coming whenever you use it and thanks!
