How to use our dehydrated foods

How do you use the foods you have dryed in your everyday cooking?

I am dehydrated potatoes in different ways.  I have sliced them, grated the potato to make hash   browns, I have also dried mash potatoes.
I have used the sliced potatoes in casserole (re-dehydrated them first), RE dehydrated them as well using them like regular hash browns.  The mash potatoes after rehydrating them I add milk and butter as I do regular potatoes and heat them in the microwave.

Dehydrated carrots I use them soups and stews.  Dehydrated onions I usually just a sprinkles them in the dishes I am making.

Other things that I have dehydrated are mostly used in stews or soups.
