Zucchini Chips

Try this healthy alternative to potato chips.

    1. Slice Zucchini into 1/4 inch
    2. Dry in your Excalibur Dehydrator at 105F until crispy.
    3. Eat the chips plain, dip in avocado or guacamole, or add to cold raw soups or salads.

elle mae  I to love Zucchini chips.

I put different seasonings on them before I dry them, we eat them just like potato chips

We also do a variation of this with squash chips as treats for Max.  He dearly loves them......but then, he loves food.   :1-giggle:

The ones I make are maybe twice as thick as a regular potato chip, Garnet.
