Dehydrating Onions

I think I will dry some onions this weekend if it doesn't rain because I do this on the porch because of the onion fragrance is so intense the house smell like a onion factory 

Drying onion

Wash, remove outer "papershells."
Remove tops and root ends, slice 1/8–1/4" thick.
No need to blanch, dry untill brittle
