Tips for the Freezer

Pack fruits in small picnic cups and freeze, these come in handy for the lunchbox.

Freezing soups etc in plastic containers take up less room and stack easier in your freezer.  Also, putting just one serving to a container makes it easier to get just one bowl of soup, or one helping of whatever, out for a quick bite to eat.

Freezing any type of nuts helps them to last longer.  I freeze pecans in the shell and when I need them I just take out what I need and they taste like fresh ones
